yep, that is it what I was talking about. When I travel down the fork to 100mm I will have a look to the other stanchion as well.

On the SR Suntour website you get blueprints of the fork. I could remove the lock out and put a 'bolt' or a 'cap' with a screw into it. I will have a look.

Where were you going at, at the end? There is absolutly no civilization. I know how you feeling buddy. I crashed in the hot summer with a t shirt on some small rocks and my left arm left so much blood in the first few minutes and I had to run down even 3-4 Minutes down the mountain. There was so much adrenalin inside myself that I didn't even noticed that my arm was open in the first few seconds but then I was like "wait...there wasn't blood in my foot and gloves before I started to ride....*HOLY SH*T!*. I won't eben imagine how you felt after the two crashes :(

It will. But the Snap will become my allround Bike. I want to get more style for downhill and with the Snap I can ride in the city, on my dirts, at out small half pipe and in the bikepark the 4X Tracks. As I can see, you are riding the Hornet. Why didn't you picked the Phantom?

Try the above link to the correct Manual for your fork also ensure that when you have the cartridge out of the fork that the rebound assembly can be seen to move

The glide ring that is on the rebound shaft head if this isdamaged then the oil will pass the ring and not go thru the rebound mechanism

With regards to your rebound problem if you have just serviced them have you put in the correct weight of oil too thin an oil will make the rebound speed up or if you have not put in the correct volume of oil this too can affect the rebound.Alternatively you may have a damaged glide ring ....Hope some of this helps..
